曾主持国家自然科学基金5项(优青、面上、青年、联合、国际合作等),参与国家重点研发计划“精准医学研究”专项、。以第一/通讯作者在ACS Nano、Nano Today、Biomaterials等国内外期刊发表论文50余篇,申请发明专利55余项(PCT专利3项),授权15项(含瑞士1项)。先后入选英国皇家化学会JMCB期刊新锐科学家、浙江省计划青年拔尖人才、中科院青促会优秀会员等。目前是国际神经科学协会会员、国际代谢组学协会会员、中国抗癌协会纳米肿瘤专业委员会委员/青委会副主任委员、中国超声医学工程学会超声治疗及生物效应专业委员会委员等。

研究方向:1. 纳米生物材料在肿瘤及神经系统的成像与治疗研究
             2. 多肽及小分子配体药物设计与应用研究
             3. 近红外荧光分子探针设计与应用研究
